Types of Stone, Tile & Grout Sealers
Granite, marble and other natural stone products are naturally porous. These minute spaces or holes create areas in the stone which allow liquid to penetrate the surface, cause staining and discoloration. Appling premium stone, tile & grout sealers that contain high quality active ingredients will provide optimal stain resistance and protection for years to come.
Penetrating / Impregnating Sealers
Impregnating sealers contain active ingredients that allow for the water based sealer to penetrate below the surface delivering complete coverage of the holes in the stone to provide better stain resistance, regardless of porosity and density.
Coating / Surface Sealers
Sealers that provide surface protection & stain resistance by forming a film on the surface. Surface sealers are generally used for matt textured porous surfaces, such as Slate, Terracotta and Concrete.
